TPY - Türk Psikoloji Yazıları

Türk Psikoloji Yazıları (TPY) dergisi, derleme, kuramsal içerikli veya görgül araştırma makalelerine yer vermektedir. Disiplinler arası bir yaklaşım ile, diğer bilim ve çalışma alanlarından (Sosyoloji, Antropoloji, Eğitim, Sosyal Hizmet, Geriatri, Psikiyatri vb.) psikoloji ile ilişkilendirilmiş bilimsel çalışmalar da TPY dergisinin kapsamı dahilindedir.  TPY'ye gönderilen yazılar, niceliksel, niteliksel veya her iki yöntemi birlikte kullanan çalışmalar olabilir.

Türk Psikoloji Dergisi'nde (TPD) görgül araştırma makalelerine yer verilmektedir. TPD - Türk Psikologlar Derneği

1970’lerde psikolojik hizmetlere duyulan ihtiyacın artmasıyla birlikte bu alanda çalışan bireyler de birtakım meslekî gereksinimler duymaya başlamış ve bu gereksinimlerin örgütlü bir çatı altında karşılanabilmesi amacıyla 25 Ekim 1976 tarihinde Psikologlar Derneği (PD), Ankara’da kurulmuştur. 1992’de başlatılan Çarşamba Buluşmaları ile birlikte psikoloji bilimi ve meslek uygulamalarının geliştirilmesi, meslekî tanımları kapsayan bir kanun ihtiyacı ve bir meslek birliği kurulması konuları başta olmak üzere psikoloji ve psikologlara ilişkin her nevi gündem dernek bünyesinde ele alınmaktadır.
